Cost Calculation and Work Planning
We offer specialised modules for rapid cost calculation and transparent work planning. According to the objectives of our custumers we combine the modules to ensure a perfect integration in the existing IT environment. Using CAD-data allows for an even more effective functioning compared to the usual method. Importantly for the user, there is a clear and easily operated program interface. Meaningful calculation reports and offer letters at at the user's disposal.

A special feature of our target time calculation is the full integration into SAP. With HSplan/IS SAP the work planner calculates the target times in the familiar SAP-Interface. Switching to an external system becomes unnecessary. Each calculation step is saved in SAP and increases the transparency and reproducibility while reducing the subjective factor.
Duplicate data keeping is unnecessary and Excel-calculations and auxiliary calculations are things of the past. The SAP Standard is not changed.

Basis for an exact offer calculation and work planning are precise target times for single processes. In the HSi-Technology Base®, HSi mapped the usual mechanical processing techniques from machining to steel construction. Tables for working materials and cutting values for all processes are already present and can be ajusted by the specialist department. Three layers for operations, form-elements and part-classes with standardized calculations allow for quick and precise determination of target times.
