Fibre optic cables

The chainflex® fibre optic cables as gradient fibre glass cables, POF (polymeric optical fibre) and HCS (hard clad silica optical fibre) provide the smallest mechanical bending radii for the application in energy chains. They are free of metals and resistant to oils and coolants Depending on the fibre optic cable family, they can be used in torsion applications, for severe climatic conditions, narrow radii or very long travel distances, and at high speeds and accelerations.
