The COBARON-Technology With the COBARON EC mechanical combination filter system we have developed the next stage of the mechanical filter principle! We offer a filter system which can stand up to todays wide range of processing possibilities and the resulting pollutants. COBARON EC combination filter comes as standard with an energy saving EC regulated fan. Alone in the standard programme COBARON EC combination filter system offers a range of combination possibilities and can be variably configurated for many applications. It has been developed in its different variations, especially for applications which have been up until now borderline cases for mechanical or electrostatic filter systems, having partially restricted the economic operation and effectiveness of the filter systems. Die ELBARON-Technology The ELBARON filter series has been developed specifically for use in processing with pure oil/extraction of oil mist and oil smoke. The high precision Ionisator /Collector cells especially manufactured by us in combination with the extremely efficient high voltage transformer and many other well thought out ideas, have resulted in one of the most efficient electrostatic filter systems on the market. The electrostatic filter system ELBARON has been for years a tried and tested electrostatic filter system and is ten thousand fold in use worldwide. The MEBARON EC-Technology Our mechanical compact filter series MEBARON EC comes to use on machines with small to middle sized tool machining working areas and filters oil and emulsion mist reliably. Here we offer two device sizes, 300 m³ and 600 m³ air performance. The integrated air expansion chamber and the three phase pre-filter package with its special design and innovative 3 phase pre-filtration package allows for optimal pre-separation of particles and at this stage excellent filtration efficiency already takes place. The main filter can be adapted to the application in question and separation efficiencies of up to 99,95% can be achieved (HEPA-Filter). This optimum pre-filtration allows for long service intervals and protects the main filter. The TEBARON BV System is fitted with an energy saving EC regulated fan. Different filter configurations are possible. Suction capacity is suitable for small to middle sized machine tool areas. The TEBARON BV- system stands out through its specially developed, washable pre-filter package. This pre-filter package allows for high pre-seperation efficiencies and longer service intervals without follow on costs for new filter media. The high pre-seperation efficiencies allow for significantly longer service intervals of the subsequent main filter in comparison to conventional systems . This means low follow up costs in conjunction with easy servicing. We keep a wide range of construction and connection equipment in stock for the TEBARON BV- system in stock. The Klepp KSF ecoline offers the advantages of the Klepp dust extractor combined with a low purchase price and minimal adjustments. The contaminated air is gathered using practical collection elements (e.g. welding exhaust tubes as of NW75) directly at the point of origin. Handling of the KPF ecoline filter system is easy. An indicator light on the control panel shows whether the device is working properly. An acoustic signal indicates whether action or maintenance is required.
