In the LiFLEX IV four-spindle machines, four LiFLEX motor spindles operate in a block set. To ensure that all four motor spindles behave in the same way during the cutting process, the dynamic behavior of the entire machine was optimized and the influences of the normal machining process were minimized. The identical prerequisites with regard to rigidity ensure a reduction in cycle time as well as a consistently high machining quality in continuous operation.
