Additive manufacturing in veterinary surgery

A truly international effort, involving input from Germany, Canada and the UK has seen additive manufacturing, also known as metal 3D printing, used to great effect to help save a Canadian family’s dog. In a recent procedure, Renishaw helped to produce an implant designed by Voxelmed in Germany that was fitted in Canada, to replace the hard tissue lost due to tumour removal.

Rotary vane pumps from INTZA
Reversible low pressure rotary vane pumps for lubrication systems. Due to their characteristics, they are recommended for gearboxes or low pressure circulation systems. They are reversible: The used system without valves dispenses lubricant in the direction of the drive shaft rotation and provides constant pressure and flow rates via the variation of suction and outlet ducts.
