Internal Grinding Systems

A range of high-productivity internal grinding systems, designed for workpieces with external diameters ranging from 5 to 440 mm and widths up to 220 mm.

Multiple clamping systems are available, including diaphragm chucks, roll-shoe devices, and magnetic-drive shoe-centerless solutions.

Dressing units are selected according to the workpiece profile, ranging from diamond rolls and rotary dressing wheels to CNC-controlled double-fulcrum rotary dressers and single-point dressers — suitable for both conventional and CBN wheels.

Machines can be equipped with a variety of automated loading systems, such as:

  • Hydromechanical loaders
  • Anthropomorphic robots
  • Gantry loaders
