Medtec Europe 2018 –  VDMA and eleven member companies present medical technology solutions

At Medtec Europe from 17th to 19th of April 2018 in Stuttgart, the VDMA will be present with a joint stand (Hall 10, booth 10E10/E16), together with the following eleven member companies:

The major features of CTC advanced are testing and certification of electronic devices with most advanced telecommunication interfaces. ficonTEC is based in Achim near Bremen and develops, designs and produces semi and fully automated assembly or test equipment for the optical industry. The area of application extends from medical technology and telecommunications to automotive.

Forécreu S. A. S. is the world-wide leading manufacturer of cannulated bars for medical devices. Forécreu designs, manufactures and markets cannulated bars in stainless steels, special steels and titanium for the production of medical tools, medical implants and dental tools. Since the founding of the in 1952 the company has established a global orientation. As one of the leading system providers in all areas of high-precision mechatronics Hein&Oetting Feinwerktechnik GmbH is focussed on advanced and sophisticated technical products with highest quality standards. As systems supplier they offer all services of a comprehensive process chain: from the procurement of any materials through to the deliverable final product. They are specialized on precision engineering, machining and assembly of mechatronic components.

HNP Mikrosysteme GmbH developes technical solutions for industrial microfluidics. Beside micro annular gear pumps (mzr®-pumps), HNPM manufactures dosing systems for applications in the field of plant engineering, chemical processing and pharmaceutical industry as well as life science and analytical instrumentation. The mzr®-Touch Control has been developed for user-friendly control of mzr®-pumps. The multilingual, graphical user interface supplements the present control of mzr®-pumps via laptop or PC. The module will be presented in action on the stand.

The company Herbert  Kaut GmbH + Co. Kg is a medium-sized company from the heart of southern Germany. With its 80 employees on approximately 5000 m² of production area, the company has developed itself over the past 40 years into a specialist of plastic molding tools and high end technology of over molding production. Special injection molding tools for medical technology,  for internal and external customers. The medical product range spans from the fully automated secretion bag production through the manufacture of medical filter products to the molding and assembly of complex medical parts in the company's own cleanroom of grade 7/8.

RoweMed AG is an innovative plastic-manufacturing MedTech company. The focus is on complex customized systems, especially for the handling of sensitive pharmaceuticals. The members of the department Micro Technologies offer micro technical products and system solution in the focus of production, manufacturing and installation, products, components and systems as well as measurement and testing technology. Thereby the members address with their High-Tech products and systems numerous user industries, particularly manufacturers of medical equipment and systems. The VDMA Working Group Medical Technology represents supplier, manufacturers of production equipment and all industry sectors active in the field of medical technology sector inside a joint platform.

Since 2016, the VDMA, represented by the Electronics, Micro and Nano Technologies (EMINT) / Micro Technologies Division as well as the Medical Technology Working Group, has been the supporting partner of MedTec Europe.
