Different from conventional feeding design of cylinder, this machine adopts cam mechanism with hydraulic system, which ensures the precision and stability of chamfering form. It can chamfer outer, inner and both ends’ surfaces of a pipe at one time.

Features & Functions:
1 .External single or multiple chamfering with facing in one process for single sides or both sides(optional).
2. Min. working length can be down to 110mm or 50 (optional; customized)
3. Lathe type feeding system for the workpiece, ensuring a smooth process throughout.
4. The rigid tool seat has been designed for durability, with easily fixable tool bits for longer working life.
5. 2 step chamfering process by servo control or pneumatic-oil system
- First speed --------- Fast approach and quick backward for time saving
- Second speed ------ Infinitely adjustable chamfering speed for smooth finish
6. The length tolerance of each workpiece can be controlled within +/- 0.1mm through a servo cutting speed adjustment device
7. The machine bed's heavy truss and head stock can absorb working vibrations,
providing a continuous and stable operation
8. Optimal electric circuit and PLC control result in a low maintenance system
9. Standard power inverter may be added when working with various materials
