HIGH SPEED PIPE 2 ENDS CHAMFER MACHINE
Different from conventional feeding design of cylinder, this machine adopts cam mechanism with hydraulic system, which ensures the precision and stability of chamfering form. It can chamfer outer, inner and both ends’ surfaces of a pipe at one time.

4. The rigid tool seat has been designed for durability, with easily fixable tool bits for longer working life.
5. 2 step chamfering process by servo control or pneumatic-oil system

- Second speed ------ Infinitely adjustable chamfering speed for smooth finish
6. The length tolerance of each workpiece can be controlled within +/- 0.1mm through a servo cutting speed adjustment device

9. Standard power inverter may be added when working with various materials
1. This worm and thread grinding machine is based on the full CNC technology.
2. Use the servo feed force type to create and repair the grinding wheel, which can get the perfect
surface in workpiece.
3. The free set in grinding procedure and grinding depth; the minimum feeding scale is 0.001 mm.
4. Whole cover in machine body and the oil-mist collector offer operators the best working environment.
5. Digital display system in lead angle grinding, which offers operator a precise grinding. The minimum
scale is 15".
