Pellet Die

Mollart is the world leader in multi-hole gundrilling centres to meet the very specific needs of the food and biomass pellet die industry. With currently over 450 gundrill spindles installed in North America alone, Mollart is recognised as the leading manufacture of machines within this industry sector. Machines are manufactured with 4, 8 or 16 spindles with up to 18-axis and produce many thousands of holes in a single die, with holes ranging from Ø1.5 mm to Ø12 mm up to depths of 150 mm. Dies between Ø500mm and Ø1,500mm OD can be accommodated within the machine range.
