Nicolás Correa Service S. A. finishes the retrofitting of two CORREA CF22/25 milling machines

NC Service’s engineers have been carrying out a complete mechanical refurbishing process of these two bed-type milling machines during the last months. The electronic elements and CNC have also been inspected, repairing every damaged part of them.

Both milling machines were manufactured in 1998 and have very similar technical features. Their X axis traverse is similar, of 2500 mm, and both transverse and vertical axes have 800 mm each, as well as a manual milling head capable of giving 22 kW through the spindle.

CNC are not similar though, since the CORREA CF22/25 (9671102) milling machine has a Heidenhain TNC-410 while the CORREA CF22/25 (9672011) is equipped with a Heidenhain TNC-426 and a HR-410 electronic handwheel.

The refurbishing process and later performance of geometry protocols of the manufacturer, bring them an excellent accuracy, besides of being perfectly sized for a machining workshop with space limitations as well.

They are now in our immediate delivery stock and available for sale.
