Connected to OMATIVE ACM systems on CNC machines, OMATIVE-Pro receives event data from the shopfloor on a continuous basis. Based on its production event logging, OMATIVE-Pro provides real-time machine shop performance monitoring by simultaneously displaying the status of each machine, showing information such as: machine on/off, current job, current operation and tool, indication of actual material cutting, tool overload and machine alarm.
All the information may be accessed from any location on the factory network, as well as from any web location, to ease remote supervision.
