ORDERMATCH is an online platform for brokering contracts between suppliers and purchasers. It is aimed specifically at companies that require or offer manufactured parts. As online platform, ORDERMATCH can be used without installing any software, from any workstation with Internet connection. It is available around the clock every day of the year.

Participation in ORDERMATCH is open to all registered companies without charge. In just a few steps, suppliers can create a detailed company profile. Based on this, they receive a notification whenever a purchaser publishes a tender which matches their company. This tender includes a brief description and required delivery date, as well as details of the offer in the form of drawing, files etc.

A summary of all matching tenders is visible for all suppliers registered on ORDERMATCH.

The supplier receives access to the offer - depending on the purchasers preferences - either individually or upon automatic release. His offer is then presented to the purchaser in a tabular overview, together with bids made by other suppliers.
In addition, ORDERMATCH offers the possibility to manage and archive all issued and received tenders and bids.

ORDER MATCH relieves its users of many standardized steps: It helps purchasers search for suppliers, provides suppliers daily with new job opportunities, reduces compiling and issuing tenders to the main points, thus saving time; it facilitates submission of offers and composes them clearly. This makes all offers easy to compare and the best bid will be successful.
