CORNER ROLL-UP JM
CORNER ROLL-UP is a new application from P.E.I.: a rollable link apron which covers several axes, both vertically and horizontally.
The apron is wound on a PEI mechanism and unwound by a pusher motor with chains integrated on the side of the apron.
The cover consists of the new 15.5 mm thick JM aluminium profile.
Winding diameter: 150 mm
Material: silver anodized aluminium
Impact tested according to DIN EN 12417
The load capacity and properties of JM are higher than those of the J apron.
JM can be manufactured on request with lighting as well as with viewing window for the following applications:
- transparent
- darkened for welding work
- darkened for laser work

In fact, according to the DIN EN 1570-1 2015 (5.2.2.6.1) standard, the folding bellows represent one of the most effective protective devices for the moving parts of lifting platforms.
Today we would like to present you an innovation within our product range: a thermo-welded bellows that offers not only the basic protective properties, but also innovative and unique features.
The new QUICK BOX BELLOW is a thermo-welded bellows that can be delivered disassembled in a light and compact package.
The assembly of the parts is simple and fast, the cost savings in packaging and transport and a resulting lower space requirement in the warehouse represent a real added value of this product.
QUICK BOX BELLOW is supplied in separate individual parts, which are only by means of simple mechanical fasteners and without the need for tools together and then attached to the platform. In a few simple steps, the lifting platform is protected and the customer obtains a significant saving, since costly transport of goods and the corresponding storage can be avoided.
The QUICK BOX BELLOW can be attached also with already installed Hebebühnen, which is with the conventional bellows Ausführung partly only under substantial expenditure or not possible.
