Pull-in force measurement device F-senso

Ensuring consistently high machining quality has top priority. Due to the regular check of the tool clamping system with the pull-in force measuring device, F-senso spindle, changes in the clamping force are detected even before it has an effect on the machining quality. Advantages at a glance: Maximum flexibility due to exchangeable measuring adapter for all HSK and SK sizes Best user-friendliness due to intuitive operation and delivery in a practical case Simulation of the tool and spindle tolerances possible by a scaled ring

Easy, quick and reliable: How HSK clamping sets are changed today Easy handling, fast operation and reliable function ? those are properties that workers would like for their daily work. The clamping and gripping specialist Röhm tackles these requirements and shows its assembly tool for mounting HSK (hollow taper shank) clamping sets: With it, it is possible to mount Röhm segmented collet chucks with little effort in just a few seconds. Until now, the segmented collet chucks of the HSK clamping sets were mounted in the spindle by hand. This was difficult to handle and time-consuming, above all for difficult to access spindles. For that reason, Röhm conceived a simple but clever assembly tool for mounting HSK clamping sets. With it, segmented collet chucks can be installed in the spindle with very little effort ? and very quickly. An additional benefit provided by the Röhm assembly tool is that damage can be prevented during mounting. Simply put, this means no scratches on the clamping set and spindle. From cost perspectives, the tool from Röhm is also extremely attractive: The mounting tool pays for itself quickly due to time savings during mounting and the low purchase price. The assembly tools are available for Röhm clamping sets in sizes HSK 25 to 125. They work with all HSK shapes and are in stock.

The F-SENSO 2 is a modular system for measuring the clamping force of clamping devices. It is used in workshops, in manufacturing plants or in laboratories for checking the clamping force before and after maintenance or repair work on the clamping device, and for checking the clamping system in the machine tool. The F-SENSO 2 is made up of the Senso module and a measuring head, which varies depending on the clamping device. The measured results are displayed on the tablet PC supplied. The F-SENSO 2 is available with the F-Senso chuck module measuring head to measure the clamping force in manual lathe chucks, power chucks, and vices. The F-Senso HSK module enables the clamping force of clamping sets with hollow shaft cone to be measured. An F-SENSO 2 complete set in sturdy plastic case consists of the F-SENSO 2 module, a measuring head, and a tablet PC including visualization and archiving software. Additional measuring heads are available as additional sets, also in a sturdy plastic case. The F-SENSO 2 replaces the F-Senso chuck and F-Senso spindle clamping force measurement devices.

The trend toward modern milling machines involves two requirements with regard to the automatic clamping systems. In the area of High Speed Cutting (HSC), increasingly higher speeds and therefore higher balancing qualities are required. Due to higher machining forces during High Performance Cutting (HPC), interfaces must additionally be more rigid. SUPER-LOCK meets these requirements, and with an approx. 50 % shorter length as compared with conventional clamping systems with springs. Advantages at a glance Compact and extremely short design Optimally suited for maximum speeds and machining forces Lower force introduced into the spindle as compared to spring clamping systems
