Visual inspection system for parts assembly IM-4100

An assembling product automated visual inspection IM-4100 not to overlook product abnormality by the examination for mixed flow production line either. Labor saving, the automation of the inspection process is realized by an original optics system and image processing technology. It prevents fatigue of the visual inspection personnel by the inspection of heavy goods, the outflow of the defect product by the human error. It can detect missing parts, different parts by mounting plural highly precise inspection algorithm. IM-4100 can automatically judge all necessary inspection points whether they are good or not, and it takes only 0.5 seconds per one point (the time is measured by ourselves, imaging and inspection time). Furthermore, IM-4100 can manage various mixed flow production lines because we can acquire design information from a production control system using QR cord and bar code in real time. It becomes the IM-4100 contributing to the reliability improvement of the assembly line of the high-mix low-volume production.
