This Circular Cutting Machine cuts Mill-finish Plate in length with high precision of 0.05mm~0.1mm tolerance.
Unlike oxygen and plasma cutting method, circular saw cutting generates no heat on the cutting edge. Therefore, there is no burnt burr remained, or deformation of the material which may be caused by the heat.
Comparing with a band saw cutting machine, circular saw cutting machine provides a smooth cut surface which may be an equivalent quality of a milled surface.
As a result, the time and cost of producing all parts using steel plates are significantly saved.
