Draw line tangent from small circle to large circle

I just loaded V6 2D on my computer.

I was just practicing drawing lines and circles as well as dim`s.
Easy to do and accurate with no problems, but when I try to draw a line
across the tangent points of two different size circles I can`t seem to do it.

Is this hard to do? The tutorial does not (can`t find this problem ) cover this directly.

I don't know why the link I posted on the first line will not work.

I found this on page 27 of the vc3 User Guide.pdf which can - which I accessed from the help menu.
