TM 200 4-axes-CNC

The gear deburring machine TM 200 4-axes-CNC was developed for deburring straight-tooth and helical spur gears. It consists of 3 components: A: an automated loading store with a CNC-controlled basket-loader B: a mechanical hand with a CNC-controlled mechanical loading-grab C: a rotary table with 5 workstations: 1. Loading/Unloading 2. Deburring upper side 3. Deburring lower side 4. Brushing upper side 5. Brushing lower side It is possible to machine the parts using either grinding disks or end mills. Depending on the diameter of the work parts as well as on the number of parts in the basket, the machine is able to operate for up to 6h without any intervention by the staff. The closed structure and safety devices guarantee safe, silent and hygienic working conditions.
