The stand-alone gear deburring Machine TM200 R3 was developed for deburring straight-tooth and helical spur gears and stands out for its flexibility and short set-up times. It consists of 4 components: A: a CNC-controlled rotating loading magazine with eight 450mm high towers B: a CNC-controlled rotating unloading magazine with eight 450mm high towers C: a mechanical hand with a CNC-controlled mechanical loading grab D: a rotating table with 5 workstations: 1: Loading/Unloading 2: Deburring upper side 3: Deburring lower side 4: Brushing upper side 5. Brushing lower side It is possible to machine the parts using either grinding disks or end mills. It is particularly suitable for sprockets and gears with little height. Its closed structure and safety devices guarantee safe, silent and hygienic working conditions.
