Field Sales Engineer

We search

Assist customers in the selection of appropriate tooling and /or products
Maintain the servicing of existing customer base while actively prospecting for new business
Submitting weekly reports on sales activities and area development to achieve sales area budget
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of the Walter range
Develop a thorough understanding of the customer’s requirements
Adhere to all Walter Policies & Procedures

We expect

A Fitting & Machining or Toolmaking background with minimum trade qualifications or Bachelor degree CNC Machining Experience
At least 3 - 5 years working experience in machining, cutting tools or related fields and sales experience
A commitment to improving customer productivity through “Value Selling”
Previous sales experience essential
Literacy & Computer skills essential
Current valid Drivers Licence required

You will have a technical aptitude with good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate at various levels and a willingness to learn and work in a growing team.
