Your Responsibilities:

Global IT responsibility for the process data acquisition system within Walter

Application Lifecycle Management

System operation and development according to the business demands

Coordination of external IT service providers and integration partners

Application Support

Change & Release Management

Continuous development of the operating concept

Strong collaboration with a decentral team across all production units and other IT process teams

Your Profile:

Academic degree in automation technologies, information technologies or other comparable qualifications

Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge of PLC machine signals

Experience with data acquisition via OPC-DA/UA, MQTT or interfaces

Structured way of working

High sense of responsibility

High level of social and communication skills

Willingness to travel

Ability to work in international, multicultural and decentral teams

Good written and spoken communication skills in English. Any other language is an asset
