METROTOM 1500 – the ideal, CT-based coordinate measuring machine for a wide variety of applications regarding the size and material density. METROTOM 1500 was specially developed for a wide performance range to meet the different requirements encountered in internal or external measuring and qualification labs on a daily basis. Parts made of plastic, ceramics or composite materials, as well as magnesium, aluminum and steel can be dimensionally measured and highly efficiently evaluated.

METROTOM 800 is tailored to the requirements of the injection molding industry. It meets all the requirements of mid-sized companies in the plastic, composite material and ceramic part industry. It also features an attractive price/performance ratio.

With the VoluMax you can inspect 100% of your components for manufacturing defects. You receive information about component porosity or the correct configuration of assemblies within seconds. The result: you deliver only fully tested components to your end customers. Fully automated 3D workpiece testing offers significant benefits over the conventional 2D testing technique. While it has only been possible to detect component defects such as porosities, their size and location within the component can now be evaluated. This enables the definition of product-specific regions within the component in which different cavity sizes can be used as a criterion for component evaluation. Computer tomography evaluations are used for cast aluminum parts and other NF materials as well as for plastic components in the automobile, medical technology, and mechanical engineering industries. The 3D results output by the VoluMax are used for porosity analysis, assembly control, and meteorological verification of simple dimensions.

Apochromatic Stereo Microscope with 8:1 Zoom for Excellent Image Contrast and Color Accuracy ZEISS Stemi 508 is your compact, reliable Greenough stereo microscope. Equipped with apochromatic optics you acquire images of outstanding image contrast and color accuracy. Its mechanics is designed for heavy workloads. Checking focuses mainly on the influence of component errors (CMM geometry). Before the use of Bridge-Check, the probe system must also be checked which can be accomplished using Probe-Check or CMM-Check. The two-dimensional artifact (multi-sphere test standard - MSTS) consists of a steel plate featuring 25 inner sphere elements (highly precise ball bearing outer rings) in a regular grid pattern. The MSTS can be used on CMMs from all manufacturers.

CMM-Check can be used to check coordinate measuring machines in accordance with DIN EN ISO 10360 and VDI/VDE 2617.
