ZELL presents the first 3-in-1 parts carrier that combines the best features of a tray, cleaning basket and small parts carrier in one product. The ZELL® parts carrier is height-adjustable, stackable and particularly suitable for the heaviest components* thanks to improved weight distribution.


The modular unit serves as a workpiece carrier and cleaning basket

- five area sizes

- Flexibly adjustable height in 10 mm increments

- For multiclips and standard clips

- High stability (can be further enhanced with the number of round frames used)

- Temperature-resistant up to 100 degrees Celsius

- Roller conveyor in both directions

- Almost no price volatility (all components are in stock)

- Stackable with the KLT and ZELL factory system

- ESD capability

- Replacement time approx. 3 minutes
