Information Technology Coordinator

Install, configure, and support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network system. Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and may perform necessary maintenance to support network availability. May monitor and test Website performance to ensure it operates correctly and without interruption. May assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software. May supervise computer user support specialists and computer network support specialists. May administer network security measures.

1. Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. 2. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary. 3. Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware. 4. Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications or virus protection software. 5. Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use. 6. Load computer disks and install software and printer paper or forms. 7. Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software. 8. Monitor network performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future. 9. Update and Maintain Mitel 5000 Phone system. 10. Confer with Users to Design and Develop Microsoft Access Reports relevant to said User’s needs. 11. Update, Repair, and Maintain Global Shop ERP System included but not limited to: Adding new Users, Removing Old Users, Creating and Maintaining Crystal Reports, Allocating Permissions per the User’s Needs. 12. Create and follow up all reports requested by President and VP Operation Manager 13. To be sure all Computers in the company run without problem. 14. Export Daily Inventory Report. 15. Export Daily Scanning Report. 16. Export Daily Sales Report by Territory. 17. Export Monthly Sales Report by Territory. 18. Export Monthly Ship To Report by Territory.
