Acramatic 2100 Alarm 44-84
Hello!
After 2 batteries replacement (my big mistake), when Vikkers load, in diagnostic procedure I see CONV. SERVO failed.
And then alarm window 44-84 (no axes configured) DV5 board. I check this board in other Cincinnati, and in diagnostic is Passed!
So, apparently I need to re-flash RT board? Or not?
I have all hardware for RT board (3-3424-2169A03) for connecting and computer skills, but have no idea, where to get CMOS file.
Please help with this procedure, before my boss fired me.
Thanks!

Hi Sol. I sent you my phone number. You can call me any time and I can come and check it out.
Re: Acramatic 2100 Alarm 44-84
Did you lose the Bios settings for RT-board, Sol? And are you capable of flashing it yourself?
If so you need to identify the rt-board id-number.
Re: Acramatic 2100 Alarm 44-84
I think we are talking about 2 different things. What coop31 gave us is the BIOS settings that are in the Workstation board (far left board) and are retained by a 2032 watch battery. What you lost by changing the 2032 battery in the REAL TIME board (far right board) is the complete BIOS. This needs to be re-flashed to work correctly. The BIOS settings are different depending on the type of processor and board/part number. There are people on this site that can re-flash the BIOS or, you can send it to SIEMENS 1-800-879-8079. You need to look at the similar posts about this subject. Let us know what happens.
