Thanks a lot Mr. Pitre,
The machine is working fine now, but some time we are facing a problem... the holding down clamps will not come down to hold the sheet while repositioning and alarm 2042 W Dog Timer (M10-01ExEcMF TF-EF) appears on the controller.
Can you please guide?
Thanks

Re: Amada pega fanuc 04pc system error
My Amada machines lost all parameters because of long electric failure and the batteries did not hold.
When the power was restored the Amada machines already had lost everything.
Amada Apelio II 357 05PLA( Combi machine Laser Punch )
Amada Pega 244 04PC ( Punch Machine )
Do you have backup parameters for this machines if possible also the MMC parameters.

Re: Amada pega fanuc 04pc system error
Hello,
I am servicing a Amada Pega 345 with Amadan 04PC and The machine is not getting the signal for the TDC, I checked the sensor and it is working, even the signal is in the card, I am looking for documents where i can see how the signal goes from one card to another to see if the wire is broke

I sent reply, I dont see it posted.
1. Check wires P2-N2 should be 24VDC
2. Check diagnostic 2008.4, is it 0 at TDC? Put steel in front of switch on / off will diagnostic 2008.4 change? Jog ram off TDC to get cam out of your way for testing
3. King Or Queen machine? Queen has hyd clutch
4. Open door with main breaker. Large board inside at top of board should have number TCU1, is it A,B,C? Different schematic for each.

TCU signal Wire #156 comes into TCU1 board on TM1 Pin 6.
signal comes out TCU1 M18 Pin 17.
See if you have signal change in and out of TCU1.
