Hitachi TS15 Turret reset procedure

Hi John, Hope you're available.
I have hitachi Seiko lathe ts15, 1998 model, having turret problems, it stops while indexing in anticlock direction otherwise working fine.

Hi John,

I am working on a Hitachi HT40G Lathe with an older Yasnac LX-3 control. The 10-position turret just spins when commanded, and we have already checked the wiring and even changed the encoder (a Sumtac). We are beginning to suspect that a Hitachi reset procedure is needed - like one would have with a dogless home. Do you have any advice on this turret issue? I had changed these parameters before and it prevented the machine from working properly, I contacted the vendor tech and they fixed it for me but didn't tell me what was wrong.:(
