Electro-Mechanical Tester

As an Electro-Mechanical Tester, you will join the team dedicated to testing our motors. You will work closely with other team members, interacting not only with Production colleagues but also with the Quality Department. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following activities: – Performing electrical static tests on incoming or final production components and/or functional tests on assembled parts; – Performing mechanical tests on finished components, incoming inspections, precision mechanical parts, and assembled products.

Must Have: – Technical or electrotechnical qualification or diploma; – Knowledge of electrical diagrams, wiring, and mechanical drawings; – Teamwork skills; – Good manual dexterity; – Reliability, precision, and attention to detail; – Ability to work independently and follow instructions; – Computer literacy (Office suite); – Flexible availability and willingness to work in shifts. The position is also open to recent graduates with a strong interest and curiosity in quality control. Nice to Have: – Ability to perform electrical tests using both automatic and manual instruments; – Ability to perform dimensional inspections using a CMM machine and manual tools; – Ability to conduct functional testing on motors; – Ability to perform visual inspection testing; – Strong problem-solving skills.
