Machine Tool operator

As a CNC Machine Tool Operator, you will join the team dedicated to traditional or CNC turning operations. You will work closely with other team members, interacting not only with Production colleagues but also with the Technical Office. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks: – Setup and programming of CNC turning and milling centers according to technical drawings; – Operation and supervision of the production on the configured machines; – Monitoring and optimization of the machine's operating processes.

Must Have: – Technical diploma with a focus on mechanics; – Reliability, precision, and attention to detail; – Ability to work independently and follow instructions; – Willingness to work flexible hours and in shifts. Applications from candidates with a strong interest and curiosity in machine tool operation are also welcome. Nice to Have: – Ability to program in ISO language; – CNC machine setup (loading and pre-setting); – Mechanical drawing reading skills; – Experience with manual and CNC lathes; – Knowledge of mechanical machining processes in industrial settings; – Ability to use measuring instruments for part inspection; – Knowledge of mechanical maintenance to perform interventions on machine tools; – Excellent manual dexterity.
