Our DLC coatings combine maximum wear resistance with the highest level of process reliability – from small-scale to medium-scale production. Thanks to stress-free layers, we achieve hardness levels (> 6000 HV) and coating thicknesses (virtually unlimited) where conventional systems reach their limits.

The result: longer tool life, reduced maintenance requirements, and significantly lower operating costs – all delivered efficiently within a stable and scalable process.
