We purchase only high-quality raw materials, select the right supplier, meticulously prepare the manufacturing process, and then produce high-precision threading tools. Finally, there is the final goods inspection, so that you finally hold excellent quality tools in your hands.

We love the precision and quality of our products. This also includes driving new developments and innovations. Because we want to make it even easier for you to work with our threading tools, so that you can achieve excellent results faster. What does quality mean to us? Everything that brings you benefits and added value - simply genuine BAER quality. To this end, we are regularly audited by the independent TÜV Hessen. We have repeatedly been awarded the certificate for quality management acc. to ISO 9001:2015.

Development and innovation – the engine for best results
We look closely and listen. This is the only way we can learn about our customers' needs and incorporate them into the improvement of BAER products. Our team of experts systematically records and analyzes the requests. We cooperate with other industries, hardening companies, coaters and research centers. We are also a partner of the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW). This intensive networking with diverse disciplines helps to test and implement innovative ideas.

BAER tools offer concrete solutions, are efficient and easy to handle. For example, we have developed the UNITap tap for almost all materials and offer an extensive range of tools made of powder metallurgy steel, HSSE-PM.
