CTI manufactures ultra-precision hobs engineered for cutting spur and helical gears with the highest levels of accuracy. Each hob is custom-designed to meet stringent customer specifications and can incorporate various profile modifications, including:

  • Protuberance
  • Chamfering
  • Topping
  • Tip Relief

Our gear hobs are available in single-start and multi-start configurations and are offered in Class AAA, AA, and A in accordance with DIN 3968 standards.
