Straight Teeth Round Racks have straight - teeth structure, where the teeth direction are parallel to the axis of the rack. Compared with helical teeth, the force direction is more direct during power transmission, without generating axial splitting force.
The racks are processed by grinding or milling. And they can meet the quality grade of DIN6 and DIN 10.
Features: Low noise: The ground tooth surfaces and precise tooth profiles ensure smoother meshing between gears and racks, resulting in reduced impact and vibration. This lowers noise during transmission, making them suitable for work environments with high noise reduction requirements.
High transmission efficiency: The straight-tooth design enables direct and efficient power transmission. Combined with high-precision machining and low-friction surfaces, it minimizes power loss and enhances the efficiency of the entire transmission system.
