Hydrocyclone is the ideal solution for separating solid particles from low-viscosity fluids, such as water or emulsions, without the use of filter media. Designed for applications on machine tools and filtration plants, it guarantees high efficiency with a flow rate of up to 90 L/min and a purity level of up to 98%.

Thanks to its corrosion and abrasion-resistant plastic structure, the device ensures durability and long life. Its capacity can be modulated by combining several units in parallel, thus adapting it to different industrial requirements.

All cyclone components are manufactured from high-quality plastic materials that are both corrosion- and abrasion-resistant, ensuring long-lasting durability even in demanding environments. The design allows for quick and easy installation or dismantling without the need for any special tools, making maintenance simple and efficient. The cyclones operate reliably within a pressure range of 1.5 to 2.5bar, making them suitable for a wide variety of applications.

Versions

Cyclones come in two grades with respect to their output of clean water:

•HDZ-1 for rates of 70 l/min and a high degree of purity

•HDZ-2 for rates of 90 l/min and a lower degree of purity

Use-condition

The particles must be of small grain size and have a greater density than the liquid. The precondition is that the particles must be fine and denser than the fluid.
