The Sense Basic is a compact standalone plug-and-play measurement solution for the continuous monitoring of coolant lubricant fluids (CLF) in individual machines and central systems. It reliably measures concentration, pH level, and temperature, and documents the data in accordance with TRGS 611. A user-friendly online dashboard and integration into the machine control system allow real-time visualization of the values.

A major advantage of the Sense Basic is its circulation monitoring, which ensures the regular movement of the CLF. This effectively prevents bacterial growth and fungal contamination – an important aspect in terms of occupational safety and employee health.

The Sense Basic is equipped with low-maintenance sensors, is CE and UKCA certified, and is compatible with all standard coolant lubricant fluids.
