Description
High rigidity slide guide base design, lower center of gravity, high stability.The 30-degree inclined
bed has excellent chip-dropping performance.The internal rib distribution effectively improves
the rigidity and heat dissipation capacity of the machine.The X,Y, and Z axes are designed with
slide guide to ensure dynamic rigidity and absorb vibration, and maintain good accuracy during
heavy cutting.
It adopts a high-rigidity slide guide base and a slide guide reclining bed with lower
center of gravity design, which has structural characteristics such as high rigidity and
high load. Combined with a large diameter and strong turret, a large-scale segmented
gearbox is selected, and the Fanuc spindle with a large motor output is driven to pro
vide powerful heavy cutting capabilities.
