POSturn E 540 P – CNC turning center for large workpieces and heavy machining

The POSturn E 540 P is the flagship of the POSturn turning centers: A machine weight of up to 13,200 kg, flat guides (Box Guide Way) in all axes and a turning length of up to 2.102 mm make it a powerhouse for large diameters, long shafts and heavy cuts.

The core-selected nut of the ball screws in the X, Y and Z axes ensures constant positioning accuracy in continuous operation. The servo tailstock with programmable quill force also reliably supports long shaft parts. The Y-axis (±65 mm) is standard.
