FIT Laser - Custom-fit laser marking system for industry

The FIT LASER is a compact all-in-one solution that combines all the necessary components and protective devices to mark parts directly on your production line in a simple, safe and economical way. This fully integrable marking unit has been specially developed to meet the requirements of modern manufacturing processes.

Weighing just 13 kg the FIT LASER is particularly compact and easy to integrate. It is connected to your system control via a single Profinet, Profibus or Ethernet IP connection, which considerably simplifies commissioning and saves time.

The FIT LASER meets the requirements of laser class 1. To protect bystanders, the laser beam is enclosed in a radiation-tight tunnel . The marking field is available in various sizes, including 30 × 30 mm, 50 × 50 mm, 60 × 30 mm and 100 × 30 mm - other sizes are available on request.

A mechanical compensation system integrated into the system ensures consistently high marking quality - without the need for sensitive electronic autofocus solutions. It compensates for position deviations of the robot arms, tolerance fluctuations of the workpieces and variations in the component dimensions . This means that the ideal focus distance is always maintained and marking is precise and reliable.

In order to ensure the durable and trouble-free operation of the FIT LASER even under demanding production conditions, the system has special protective features such as access to the protective glass of the lens and an integrated extraction system for smoke and fine dust particles. This equipment ensures a long service life and reduces maintenance work and downtime to a minimum.
