Description
The SPNR permanent magnetic chuck has been developed for demanding grinding and turning applications. Its exceptionally high holding force makes it particularly suitable for ring-shaped workpieces and hard turning operations where precision and process reliability are essential.

Concentric grooves on the clamping surface allow quick and accurate workpiece centering. For specialized applications, the chuck can be supplied with an optional through-hole for centering. Optional T-slots for pole extensions further increase flexibility when machining complex workpiece geometries.

Its robust design and powerful magnetic system ensure secure workholding even at high spindle speeds and under demanding machining conditions.
