Description

The TextureJet product range is designed to be modular and adaptable – we will guide you to the ideal combination to achieve your surface finishing goals. 

The core of any TextureJet system is the STAT® cart. This is the brains of the operation – controlling the electrolyte supply, power supply and housing the recipe driven operating system.  

For your operators, they simply select the type of processing and the part profile and press Go – it is highly intuitive and takes all the risk out of machining.  

Despite its simplicity in use, the advanced system allows fine tuning and complete control of the processing of your workpieces – supporting any surface finish desired.

The STAT system is designed to seamlessly connect to any accessory – simply connect the two together and it will automatically detect and allow configuration of the system. This creates a versatile and multi-use system which can be quickly switched between different operations.
