Description

The THG-100.01 (380V) and THG-100.03 (230V) are high-speed grinding spindles optimized for universal grinding applications. With a compact 100 mm spindle body, they achieve up to 60,000 rpm (oil-air lubricated), powered by an asynchronous motor delivering 6.4 kW continuous (S1) and 8.3 kW at S6-40%, with a peak output of 15 kW. Featuring D14/23 manual tool interface, these spindles provide axial and radial rigidity of 55 N/µm, suitable for demanding precision tasks. Optional CTS and grease lubrication are available. Ideal for applications requiring flexibility, stability, and speed.
