TMT TLV Series features a high-rigidity machine structure, perfectly meeting the demanding rigidity requirements of next-generation high-speed machining. The machine body is made of high-toughness, premium-grade cast iron to effectively eliminate internal stress and significantly enhance machining stability. The column adopts a wide-span design combined with high-strength reinforcing ribs to effectively prevent torsional deformation under load, delivering exceptional rigidity and stability throughout.

Equipped with roller linear guideways on all three axes, the TLV Series achieves high-efficiency rapid traverse. With pre-tensioned ball screws and laser calibration, thermal deformation is greatly reduced, ensuring outstanding stability and precise positioning capability.
