Description
FLADDER® 200/GYRO for multiple purposes: traditional deburring with abrasive brushes and removal of oxides using spring threaded cylinders.
The well-known FLADDER® GYRO deburring machine is now available with accessories that reduce power costs and machine wear.
All motors and the vacuum system are regulated by frequency converters.
An energy-saving system shuts down the machine automatically in three steps when the machine is no longer needed. The first step is a standby function, where new workpieces are waiting in a certain amount of time. If no further workpieces are placed on the conveyor belt, the machine switches off step by step: in the second step, the vacuum system and in the third step, the extraction system.
