FLADDER® 200/GYRO for multiple purposes: traditional deburring with abrasive brushes and removal of oxides using spring threaded cylinders.
The well-known FLADDER® GYRO deburring machine is now available with accessories that reduce power costs and machine wear.
All motors and the vacuum system are regulated by frequency converters.
An energy-saving system shuts down the machine automatically in three steps when the machine is no longer needed. The first step is a standby function, where new workpieces are waiting in a certain amount of time. If no further workpieces are placed on the conveyor belt, the machine switches off step by step: in the second step, the vacuum system and in the third step, the extraction system.

The name CC is referring to
- the Cylindrical shape of the machine
- the Concentric movement of the abrasive tools
- the Circular transport unit
- the deburring costs are low

FLADDER CC is a machine with a footprint of only approx.. 1,5 m².
It is easy to move if needed as it does not need neither foundation nor to be fixed to the floor.
Easy to get started: Just plug in to the power and the dust collecting unit. Ready to go!

The FLADDER CC is built with a lower and upper cylindrical section.
Between these sections a circular vacuum table is rotating allowing workpieces to be fed manually or automatically.
The displaced turning table will transport the workpieces into the working area where the workpieces are deburred from multiple angles with a concentric movement of the tools.
For the operator the process is obviously an advantage: The functions of loading and unloading the machine is at the same position. It saves time and increases the efficiency.
Like our GYRO series this machine has a strong vacuum system for fixation of the workpieces. In fact the vacuum is stronger.
The operation of the machine is very easy: A control panel is within reach for fast and easy adjusting of the functions and with a touchscreen.
A big sliding glass door combined with a strong internal flood light gives the operator full supervision of the process.
The deburring is a dry process.
As the functions in the machine are controlled by means of frequency inverters the power consumption is low.
Perfect working conditions as the noise level is very low.
FLADDER CC is a machine with a footprint of only approx.1.5 m².
It is easy to install and move. Low noise level. Low power costs due to the use of frequency converters.

FLADDER® LS is constructed in sections as a circular body. This makes it possible to build the machine according to customer specifications. The machine is ideal for long, profiled parts such as extruded parts, stringers, tubes, etc. Each section consists of modules with 2 motors with counter-rotating lock-it™ spindles that allow the abrasive tool to be positioned anywhere on the spindle.
The machine is easy to operate thanks to the touch screen with its clear menu.
