Description

With the release of DCAMCUT Version 9.1, we are offering revolutionary modules for intelligent creation, management and for the automation of NC programs for wire EDM.

The MDSC - Multi Dynamic Sequence Control add-on module supports, structures and flexibilizes your everyday EDM work enormally. It enables the clamping of multiple workpieces and their management within a combined or multiple structured NC programs in one data set. The focus here is on maximizing runtimes. Machine downtimes, e.g. at the weekend or during the absence of the machine operator, are eliminated.

The MDSC module offers 3 revolutionary solutions.

1. Multiple clamping - The ideal solution for batch production!

Everything in one program - reliable and economical.

Multiple workpieces can be arranged on the machine table at the same time and are linked to different DCAMCUT programs and created zero points. This makes it possible to link different processing steps in a type of assembly line instance.

Created zero points are determined on the machine and automatically stored in the machine's zero point memory.

Get the most out of the machine.

2. Output multiple programs for different machine types - simultaneously!

Different machine types and/or manufacturers? No problem! 

Only DCAMCUT 9.1 offers the MDSC module for the simultaneous output of erosion programs for different machine types and makes in a single programming run. 

This allows you to flexibly process eroding jobs on your machines as required and ensures maximum utilization of existing production capacities. 

 Feed your machinery even more efficiently in future. 

3. full flexibility - also for the operator!

The eroding machine decides on the processing - at the control system.

The functions bundled in DCAMCUT 9.1 and ready-to-erode programs can be restructured and adapted at any time even after transfer to the machine control system.

Using simple skip commands in the NC code, individual contours or entire cuts (e.g. cutting off) can be shown and hidden or optionally executed at a different time.

Relax into the weekend and decide at lunchtime on Friday what needs to be finished on Monday.
