DAIKIN AND DUPLOMATIC MS AT EMO HANNOVER 2025: INTEGRATED MOTION AND
COOLING TECHNOLOGIES FOR SUSTAINABLE INDUSTRY
Duplomatic MS (Daikin Industries), a leading global provider of advanced motion control solutions, will showcase its latest energy-efficient hydraulic, electromechanical, and thermal technologies at EMO Hannover 2025, taking place from September 22 to 26 in Hannover, Germany (Hall 06 | Stand H45).
Parabiago, Milan (Italy), July 4th, 2025
From September 22 to 26, the Daikin Hydraulics Group, including Duplomatic MS, will showcase its most advanced innovations in motion and cooling technologies at EMO Hannover 2025 (Hall 06 | Stand H45), offering integrated solutions for a smarter, more sustainable manufacturing industry. Visitors will discover a comprehensive range of technologies engineered to reduce energy consumption, enable predictive maintenance, and support Industry 4.0 transformation through smart connectivity and high-efficiency design.
Highlights on display:
• SUH – New model of “Super Unit” series Hybrid Hydraulic Unit: a smart, all-in-one servo pump system integrating pump, motor and cooling, designed for maximum efficiency and footprint reduction. Now with high-speed communication options.
• EHU – “Ecorich” series Hybrid Hydraulic Unit: delivers up to 65% energy savings, reduced thermal stress, and compact design, which fits best on machine tools.
• AKL Inverter-Controlled Chiller: ensures precision cooling through inverter technology, boosting machine performance. New model with R454C refrigerant, which passes the F-gas regulation’s limit of GWP150.
• Long-Life Filter: designed to extend operational life and reduce maintenance frequency of chillers for more than a year, contributing to reduction of maintenance workload at factories.
• ECO3 Electric Cylinder: integrates a brushless servo motor and IO-Link electronics, ideal for advanced digital automation environments.
• Proportional valves with fieldbus connectivity: ensure robust control and seamless system integration.
These solutions reflect the Daikin Hydraulics Group’s commitment to delivering total motion and thermal systems tailored to the evolving needs of machine tool OEMs and industrial users.
“At EMO, we bring to life our vision to Move Modern—helping the industry transition from traditional systems to high-efficiency, sustainable solutions that are ready for the challenges of tomorrow,” said Yuya Kimura, Vice President of Duplomatic MS. “It’s about advancing precision, digital integration, and environmental responsibility in every component we design.”
New collaboration on display
Deltatherm Hirmer GmbH, which joined the Daikin Group in July 2025, will feature one of its specialized industrial chillers, expanding the group’s footprint in engineered cooling systems for industrial applications.
