Gehring at the AMB in Stuttgart
From 18th to 22nd September 2018, interested trade visitors will meet at the AMB Stuttgart this year. The international exhibition for metalworking presents innovations and further developments around the topic of machining. With the construction of the new exhibition hall, the AMB will be expanded by an additional 15,000 m² of exhibition space. You will have five days at your leisure to inform yourself about our latest innovations and events.
As a leading manufacturer in the field of honing technology, Gehring will be exhibiting in hall 5 booth C31.
The focus of the Gehring appearance is the merger with copperING GmbH. The Gehring and the copperING Group have combined their global service portfolio and have established themselves as a provider of production systems in the conventional and electrified powertrain.
Another exhibition highlight is our technology form honing. The application reduces the CO2emissions of internal combustion engines and contributes to current and future emission legislations.
By further developing Gehring into a system provider, our service portfolio has been revised. We offer the complete process chain nano honing "laser roughening - coating - honing" from a single source. The laser roughening ensures a comprehensive high adhesive tensile strength, which is of importance for the layer. After the final honing, surfaces with significantly reduced friction are produced because of the process chain.
At our booth, we present you our own automation systems and measuring systems. We offer a portal, conveyor belts, individual systems and process solutions.
