Gesau-Werkzeuge has been producing rotating precision tools from high-performance materials such as solid carbide, cermet and CBN for more than 30 years. We are a medium-sized, owner-managed company in Western Saxony and today has more than 30 employees. By focusing on individual customer needs and making use of advanced grinding and measuring technology, we have managed to achieve continued growth. As a company, Gesau-Werkzeuge offers a wide range of services for rotating precision tools - including development, production and reconditioning. Our service offer is a closed loop, which includes expert advice, complex wear assessment, efficient coatings, professional documentation and a reliable delivery service. The company stands out for its ability to solve complex problems owing to the high degree of specialization.
In the extensive fields of cutting tools, our priorities lie in the following specialty areas:
manufacture of rotating precision tools made of solid carbide, HSS/PM and cermet
development and manufacturing of miniature cutters for micro production tasks with a minimum diameter of 0.1mm
CBN full-head tools
new tools and maintenance of cutting tools for gear construction
