AIRCENTER compressed air stations by KAESER provide their owners with complete solutions in premium quality. Featuring a rotary screw compressor with SIGMA PROFILE airend technology, an add-on refrigeration dryer and a compressed air receiver, these space-saving systems provide an uncomplicated compressed air supply that is suited to a wide of applications.

The SX, SM and SK series AIRCENTER feature these technical parameters:

With a multitude of features, the innovative CSD/CSDX range from Kaeser Kompressoren fulfils this role more efficiently, dependably and economically than ever before, whilst at the same time reducing your company’s CO² footprint.
The most important highlight of these compressors is their low energy consumption, which has been achieved via a number of innovative measures. The CSD/CSDX model series impresses with drives of the best possible efficiency class, whether speed-controlled (IE5) or fixed-speed (IE4). The centrepiece of all compressors in this series is the rotary screw airend with flow-optimised Sigma Profile rotors, specially developed for this performance range. These and numerous other improvements, such as speed-controlled fan motors, have enabled the energy efficiency of the compressor system to be enhanced, which has significantly reduced energy consumption, resulting in reduced energy costs and an improved CO² footprint. What’s more, the new design has led to improved accessibility to all relevant components and therefore increased maintenance-friendliness.
Featuring motors with power from 45 to 110 kW, models from this series can cover delivery volumes from 8.4 to 19.4 m³/min and are designed for pressures up to 15 bar. Particularly at low pressures, even higher delivery volumes can be achieved.

The CSG series provides highly efficient compressed air generation, yet requires 19 percent less floor space than its predecessor range. Models are available with air- or water-cooling, with integrated refrigeration dryer or i.HOC (Heat of Compression dryer), and for flow rates ranging from 4 to 15 m³/min. For applications with fluctuating compressed air demand, speed-controlled “SFC” versions are available.
The CSG series is equipped with high-quality, durable airends featuring the energy-efficient Sigma Profile for which Kaeser is world-renowned. The rotors now feature an innovative new wear-free PEEK coating, which is also particularly temperature-resistant. Biocompatible, FDA-certified and in compliance with European requirements for food contact materials, this coating is perfectly adapted for the pharmaceuticals and foodstuff industries.

Robust, compact and extremely versatile - also featuring an impressive new drive concept

Oil-free reciprocating compressor with variable-speed drive motor, which always delivers the exact amount of compressed air actually required for the application. With i.Comp TOWER T versions, compressor block, air receiver, refrigeration dryer and SIGMA CONTROL 2 controller are all housed together within one complete turnkey package.
